The company was founded in 1995 under the name of the Mighty Plastics Co. Ltd. of Fujian, which was renamed as Fuzhou Yameiju Plastics Co. Ltd. in August 2006. The company owns not only the original rights and interests of its predecessor (including the ownership of Mighty trademark and so on).
