BDM will do a presentation of the garments thatwas already commercially made for other brands through our listedgarment factories. In the event that the buyer is interested, BDMwill list specific details of the type of garments according to thebuyer’s needs and will collect an order.  We will then allocate a garment specific pre audited factoryfor that specified garments. Buyer would have the option to hire anindependent auditor (recognized organization like Oeko-tex, WRAPetc- Depends on Buyer) by whom the factory may be audited by.  Zuni Fashion Network will do consumption & costing for thespecific product and finalize cost and send it to buyer.  A development merchandiser at zuni fashion network will beassigned to develop the product send 1st pattern for anycorrection. Usually buyer makes some modification on 1st pattern. A2nd pattern will be submitted according to 1st pattern comments foramendments. Then fit sample is made and Quality Controller willcheck if it follows the approved 2nd pattern.  Finally, the Red seal sample is sent for approval which is alsoknown as buying sample. And if the red seal sample is approved bythe buyer then the order is confirmed. At this stage productionmerchandiser will be assigned and will follow up the totalproduction stage. After getting approval of red seal sample we willbook the fabric and trims. After the fabric and trim arrived infactory, production merchandiser will perform production planningmeeting with factory.  At Zuni Fashion network , Quality Controller will  followup if  the production is running with approved item, fabricand accessories or not. We will be checking all samples (red seal, gold seal, web sample etc) and will sent to buyer, and help factory people if there any confusion with production. We are determined to make our procedure and policies simple anduncomplicated for our customers.
