Company Introduction
Founded as a continuation of a peasant tradition handed down frommy grandparents, my company even though young, has kept thatmentality of history. The company takes its name from a century-oldplant that is located in the center of the courtyard of thefarmhouse. In the past, the leaves of mulberry trees served as foodfor silkworms, kept on all the farms to mature women who went tothe market on foot (to save money by public transport) to sell thecocoons. Of those times now they remain in memory only more plants,and even these are about to disappear. Ensure production inaccordance with methods handed down over the years though usingmodern means, I directed a production of quality at the expense ofquantity, with the intent to ensure the best product at affordablecost. My company has a production setting, not so exasperated bytreating crops, the production can also vary greatly from year toyear for the same parcel. My nuts are quality TGLT (Tonda GentileTrilobita) and the traceability of the product does so by providingall the specifications for trace all'appezzamento of land fromwhich they arrive.
