A J Services are a family run business whomanufacture a wide range of products the HVAC industry based inDigbeth, at the heart of Birmingham city centre. Producing accessdoors or panels as well as dampers, where both are fitted toducting. The access door which are manufactured includes tabbed,flat oval, curved oval and pressed access doors - these doors allowfor technicians to gain a safe and easy way to access the ductingso that the components which make the heating, ventilation and airconditioning system can serviced and maintained, as well be cleanedregularly as is a legal requirement. Access doors are as standardmanufactured in galvanised steel, although options for both 304 and316 stainless are available, these are made in a wide range ofsizes starting at 50mm and reaching 2000mm - with the ability tomake custom sizes for doors falling between these sizes. Damperswork in one of two ways they either prevent the spread of fireand/or smoke through ducting, or help to regulate the airflowthrough the ductwork. Being able to regulate the air flow meansthat the rooms or spaces which are connected to ducting can reachthe desired faster, this means that less energy will be used andwill see energy bills decrease. Damper are designed to be fittedinto ducting with different air velocities as well as shape andsizes and as such can be purchased in round, square and rectangleshapes ranging from 80mm to 2000mm.Not only do AJS manufacture a range of productswhich they pride themselves on the quality of each item producedbut also supply all of the additional items needed to complete afull HVAC system.
