AZPP is always looking to increase efficiency, speed and quality levels with the purchasing of high quality pre-press, press and finishing equipment. Advanced plate making technology and colour setting advantages have been introduced through the introduction of Heidelberg and Agfa CTP systems. Utilizing CIP 3 technology the data from files are then downloaded into the printing presses allowing seamless colour management and matching of proofs. Other recent purchases include a Heidelberg 102 5-colour + Aqueous coating press as well as a stable of other high quality large format presses coupled with CP2000 technology. To compliment the output of the printed product there is an array of finishing / bindery equipment which includes the following machinery: Martini fully Automatic plastic binding, Martini page gathering, Saddle Stitching, new Stahl fully automatic folding machines, Case Binding, Aster fully automatic page sewing, Foiling press, Die cutting and many other finishing machines capable of delivering the quality product. AZPP uses the Heidelberg Prinect Workflow system to manage all aspects of our job processing, from the time a job is received to the time it is despatched. This allows us to be more efficient in the management of our production workflows which allows us to offer a better service to our valued clients.
