If our standard range is not suitable for your application then send me a picture or drawings of what is and I will be able to give you a price. Typically the aluminium is high tensile 5083-H116 precision CNC cut to ensure exacting standardsAll of our machinery is state of the art Twin Pulse Inverter MIG/MAG giving optimum weld penetration with zero distortion and a very neat appearanceOnce we receive the CNC cut sections we start the assembly with most boats taking around three to four weeks to complete ready for painting and shipping.
