WHO WE ARESamagi Offeset Printers is a partnership business established in September 1981 and the main business of the company is printing of cartons, labels, price/product tags, school text books, calendars, business promotional materials, magazines, annual reports etc. The operations of the company are under the direct control and supervision of the partners Mr. Nimal Moreas and Mr. Nishantha Moreas. The company provides value added printing services to leading business enterprises of the western province. We provide superior and quality services to our clients using the state-of-art technology and sophisticated machinery. Mr. Nimal Moreas started the business in a smaller way in the early eighties and the main focused area during the initial period of the company was to operate as the dealers in printing, book binding and paper cutting. The company was gradually expanded its operations and has been able to win the confidence of the clients. Mr. Nishantha Moreas, son of our founder - Mr. Nimal Moreas joined the business in 2006. The business soon underwent to rapid changes and expanded its operations. At present the company uses about ten large printing machines and the present work force is around 146 employees. The company is situated at No. 323, Colombo Road, Negombo. Most of the times, the machines are working round the clock. Our company maintains cordial relationships both with the suppliers and customers and the company provides printing services to many clients who exports products. The continuous support and patronage of these two parties along with the commitment and dedication of our staff help us grow during the past. The average monthly turnover of the company is Rs 20,000,000.00 and the average monthly net profit is around Rs 1,650,000.00; thus it yields a net margin of 8.5%.
