Company Introduction
Ark Properties is a Christian Real Estate Investment company in Northern Minnesota that purchases distressed properties, repairs them, and then rents or sells them. We currently own about 60 properties in the Iron Range. The Iron Range is an Iron Ore mining community consisting of about 100, 000 people. We are here because the area is experiancing an expansion and there is a housing shortage.
