  • Company Introduction

Since 1987 we have built over 2000 homes and other structures. ARUBA technology is a patented product of EPS (expanded polystyrene) modules for shuttering of reinforced insulated concrete walls. These walls are 2.5 the strength of conventional walls and has been certified by AGREMENT SA (download from http://***** ) Our houses are highly insulated to insure warmth in winter and coolness in summer thoughout. Our sqm cost is comparable with conventional walls with a 20% saving on structural cost. Labour and build time is greatly reduced also. No project is to big or too small to build. The benefits for using ARUBA is are just too numerous to list here. Please our website for more details. The Aruba 2000 Series Building System is permanent polystyrene formwork comprising of interlocking modular, hollow Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) modules filled with concrete. The EPS is environmentally safe, it contains no CFCs, HCFCs nor HCFs, will not decay and is vermin proof with very low water absorption properties. It also has the advantage of excellent thermal insulation and acoustic properties. The modules are press-fitted together to form permanent insulation and shuttering for concrete-filled load bearing and non-load bearing walls in buildings. The walls can be plastered with conventional sand/cement plaster or alternatively, with generic coatings or cladded with any one of a choice of cladding products.
