We are specialized in knit wear for Men&＃39;s ,Women&＃39;s ,Children & Baby wears in any fabric choice-100% cotton or blended (Organic cotton, modal, viscose ,Bamboo etc) Regular products that roll out of our factories are T shirts, Polo shirts, Sweat shirts, Hoodies ,Shorts, Track suits, Sportswear, Night wear, Pajamas, Ladies nightgowns, Ladies tops ,Casual wear, Kids wear, Baby rompers and many more , With in this range we make various styles with chest prints ,Allover prints, Glitters prints, Foil Digital & Burnout prints, Embroidery Regular, Chenille and applique embroidery, self design jacquard&＃39;s, mini jacquard&＃39;s, Applique work, Hand sequence work ,Stone works ,Crochet works and with attachment of any accessories both indigenous and importedEXPERTISE-------------------Knitting---------------We are using imported Knitting machines like MAYER & CIE,GERMAN TERROT , ORIZIO etc., to achieve finer fabrics.Jersey,Interlock,Rib varieties,Airtex ,Auto stripes patterns possible.Processing-----------------Liasoning with Modern soft flow dyeing ,mercerizing unit & Using Eco friendly dyes like CIBA ,CLARRIENTPRINTING --------------We are using Imported machineries for Screen printing service which is capable of 8 -12 coloursWe are using Pigment ,Plastisol & PVC free dyes for Printing.We can do Foil,Glitter, Foam,High density ,Burnout,Reactive and discharge printsCUTTING-------------We have the cutting tools such as Straight knife and Band knife to achieve better shape of garmentSTITCHING SECTION------------------------------Stitching is the key production area of Hi Fashion garment manufacturing.Flat Lock:--------------For Chain stitch, hemming, seam cover, etcOver Lock:--------------For over edging with additional option for elastic inserting.Lockers, Singers, over-locks and Flat lock machine capable of a variety of stitches both for quality and styleFinishing Section------------------------Checking--------------Series of checking procedures at every stage of productionEach stage of the manufacturing process supervised by professionalsConsolidated final round of inspection at the end of production processStain Removing System:----------------------------------The stain removing machine works by steam spray cleaning for all kinds of fabrics.Vacuum Ironing Table:--------------------------------Vacuum ironing table ensures wrinkle free garments.Inspection & Packing Section----------------------------------------We have trained manpower to pack the end product for shipment. After thorough inspection of each garment it is packed in well designed poly packs and then in cartons as per the specification of the buyer.Packing is done in a hygienic space, well lit and maintained.
