ATLAS FINANCE PLC is a Bulgarian public liability company with a one-level system of management (Board of Directors), with headquarters and registered office at: 27A, Hristo Botev Blvd, Plovdiv city 4000, Bulgaria and with a scope of activities is in the field of finances, legal and administrative consultations and services. From 5th October 2010 our Company is listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia under the BSE Code A4F.ATLAS FINANCE PLC is registered as a Bulgarian Financial institution. According to the obtained license from the supervisory institution of Bulgarian National Bank - ATLAS FINANCE PLC performs consultations of companies on their capital structure, industrial strategy and related matters; consultations and services on the transformation of companies, mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies (M&A); financial, legal and administrative services.
