At the moment we are selling our hand-picked black truffles known as Tuber Uncinatum .It is dark black in color from the outside with dark brown color from the inside. The season for hunting this truffle in Bulgaria is from beginning of October until end of January. The quality of the truffle is one of the best in class like the french and italian. Usually it is found in mountain areas up to 700m in height. We are hunting truffles using the usual method with specially trained dogs which are out every single day. Extra grade  truffles are available with size more than 15grams per head.We are in position to supply you or your customers with Tuber Uncinatum tuffles (fresh or shock-frozen), extra class and class 1, in the range of200 kg per week or more. Usually for our clients in UK, Belgium & Germany we send only class1 truffles, but if you need we can also provide mixed (extra class  and class 1). As this is a fresh product our clients receive the truffles at the country airport they requested within 36 hours after the truffle is picked from the ground.
