Company Introduction
Dear Sir/MadamWe AZ Engineering Co were founded in 2005 to build a urea/sodium cyanide plant in Kazakhstan. Please let us describe more about our plant and our capabilities. Our plant will produce 500,000 metric tons of urea and 50,000 tons of sodium cyanide. We are planning to start sales January, 2010. We would like to become your secured and reliable exporter/supplier should you be interested. Currently we have brought all parts of the project in one basket. But at the same time our financial/investing and lending party have a strong demand to show them real interest of end-consumers, so the financing is secured. That is why we are kindly approaching you to provide us with your Letter of Intent showing your interest to cooperate with us until we reach real agreements under certain conditions. Letter of Intent should not necessarily be obligatory or force you to buy our end product for a certain fixed price or certain sea-port in the future. It could be very good if the letter-headed commitment states that you are interested to build relations with us and are ready to purchase the product for a reasonable market price and under up-to-date conditions. We understand that future sales will have to follow other LOIs and LOCs as normal urea business provides to do. Should you be interested in further contacts please provide us your capabilities to purchase (please indicate in your LOI supply conditions, import volumes per year/month, payment preferences, special conditions, and etc.).
