Company Introduction
In 1981, our company, Babutcular Havlu Textile Co.Ltd. started to manufacture towels using manual looms in Bursa where the towel was born. Today, our company continues towel manufacturing on electronic computerized jaquard looms. For home textile, Jacquarded polyester table cloth manufacturing was added to our manufacture plant in 1994. All kind of special towel order can be designed on computerized design programme and manufacture on our electronic jacquard towel looms. On towel manufacturing, our company can be manufacture the required grams of fabric in between 330 and 650 gr/m2. On doormats manufacturing, the manufacturing can be between 650 and 1000 gr/m2. Our towels are weaved from dyed thread, the ground are 20/2 pile 20/2; weft is 16/1. On towel manfacturing, our looms are capable for weaving on the width of 50 cm, 70-75 cm and 90-100 cm. On polyester table cloth manufacturing, they are on the width of 140 cm, 160 cm ve 180 cm. Our fabric manufacturing capacity is 1.000.000 m2/year.
