    Baoding Weide Automobile Catsing Co.,ltd.which has seventy years history was founded in 1942.Because of the inspection of Chairman Mao in our factory in 1958,our factory had another name----4th August machinery plant.Baoding Weide Automobile Casing Co.,ltd is a wholy-owned subsidiary of Tianxingjian Group.There are almost 1200 employees,72 engineers and technicians,its fixed assets is 250 million yuan,ia covers the area of 110,000 M2,and the bulit-up area is 45,000 square meters.It is located in Baoding,which near Beijing and Tianjin,the highway of Beijing-Guangzhou and Beijing-Guangzhou railway run through it,so it is well-located and easy of access.There are four casting production lines:two aire impluse moulding lines(sand box size 800mm*630mm*300mm),two lost foam casting production lines,sand box size:1300mm*850mm*920mm,1.5 tons,3 tons and 5 tons intermediate frequency electric furnace and blast furnace fast spectrum analyzer,the annual casting capacity of 50000T.There are about 20 vertical and horizontal CNC and almost 20 mechanical processing production lines annual machining capacity is more than 600,000 piece.Expert on manufacturing of middle,heavy-duty automobile transmission housing,clutch housing,transmission coping,tractor gearbox housing,casting valve,reducer housing,casting motor housing and so on.O ffer service of forming a complete set for FAST,FAW,CNHTC and core related manufacturer.Company&＃39;s technical force is rich,CAD and CAM actual effect desighs,coordinate Measuring(CMM),and the checkout equipment is advanced,deliver is prompt,the quality of the casting is reliable.We pass through the certificate of ISO9001 quality system,we welcome domestic and foreign merchants to visit.
