We are buyer mandate. Our buyer is one of the largest petroleum import companies in China. A huge MAZUT 100 supply is need per year.1. We need seller to provide credibility documents to prove the oil source.2. The purchase contract needs to be signed between buyer and seller.3. Payment: By Irrevocable, Non-Transferable and LC 100% at sight buyer Destination Port. 4. Performance Bond: Seller shall issue 2% value of the monthly contract value which is revolving for the entire contract period.The buyer has LOI / BCL on hand. Real deal needs to close soon.Please respond only if you accept Non-transferable LC.
