    Dear  Sir, We are pleased to introduce our selves as a leading manufacturer of knitting machines. WWW dot BHARATMACHINES dot comOur manufacturing range is1         Single Jersey machines ( Sinker body)2         Double Jersey machines ( Interlock ) &3         Rib machines from diameter 4" to 36" and gauge from 4 to 28. We have developed a Sample circular Single Jersey knitting machine with Auto strippers . The knitting machine is available in single feeder with a four or six color strippers.  The diameter of the machine can be from 4" to 10" and gauge from 4 to 16 as per the requirement of the buyer, but we recommend 4" to 6" diameter.  We can use the same needle, which is running in your machine in order to get the same result of the sample as of fabric in production. The benefit of this machine is that you can use 4 to 6 cones of different color and make samples. In Multi feeder machine, you have to use around 96 cones to knit fabric. Most of the time cones if kept for long get spoiled. There is a heavy investment on purchase of yarn, which can be used in some other productive ways.  Other major benefit is that, there is no need to stop the production machine for samples. Without disturbing the production, you can make new samples. Another advantage is that while making new sample in production machine of 30 / 32 where no of yarns are feeded , time of the technical person is wasted as compared to taking out on 4 to 6" diameter machine and you can show the sample immediately to your buyer. There is less needle breakage in small machines as compared to bigger diameter machine. Our 4" diameter machine will have around 200 to 300 needles depending upon the gauge of machine you select and same if we calculate in 30 or 32" diameter machine will be around 2200 to 2400 needles  Quotation of the machine can be sent on request, on selection the diameter, gauge and needle.
