 COMPANY PROFILE Established in 1998 Bhiwadi Cylinders Pvt. Ltd.(BCPL) today is an ISO 9001 : 2008 company and one of the largestcylinder manufacturers in India, having an annual productioncapacity of around Two million cylinders with Two manufacturingunit located at Bhiwadi, 70-kms from the National Capital, Delhi(India). BCPL is one of the major cylinder suppliers tothe leading public sector LPG marketing companies in India likeIndian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum CorporationLimited and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and have so farsupplied nearly 2000000 LPG cylinders to these marketing companies.It also produces refrigerant cylinders (non-refillable andrefillable), stainless steel cylinders for special applications,automotive LPG cylindrical and toroidal tanks in various sizes andcapacities. Apart from this BCPL is also engaged in themanufacturing of multi-function valves used in automotiveapplications onboard for LPG. The same section is producing LPGcylinder valves and valves for disposable cylinders. Four modern production lines have been builtwith advance equipments in order to cater to domestic andinternational demand of LPG / Auto LPG / Non-Refillable/ Refillablecylinders and valves. All the parameters of the quality areimplemented by maintaining access to Indian, International, ISO,British, American and European standards. For Indian markets theproducts are certified from Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) aswell as Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization(PESO).   Besides domestic marketing BCPL have also beenexporting products to the countries like Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania,Rwanda, Tchad, Togo, Angola, Uganda, Ethiopia, Mozambique, UK andRussia directly and various other countries in Asia, Europe andAmerica indirectly. For export to European market its LPG andHelium gas cylinders carry PI marking from Bureau Veritas. It alsohas cylinder manufacturing approval from US Department ofTransportation to manufacture and market DOT â 39 cylinders.Recently BCPL has been awarded ISO 14001 : 2004 and OHSAS 18001 byBureau Veritas. BCPLâs manufacturing facilities are approved byStandard Organization of Nigeria (SON). Its products have thecertification of conformity from M/s Intertek (India) who are theofficial inspectors of Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) andKenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS). The emphasis of the company is always ondelivery of the products, meeting international quality standardsat the lowest possible cost.
