Our capacity is 13, 750 tons per year for open-end and 9, 000 tons per year for ring-spun yarn (ourbrother companys capacity) . Our yarn-producing equipment and quality control laboratories are the latest technology available in the world today. Our fully-equipped laboratory (hvi-uster) works 24 hours a day to follow the quality of the yarn from the beginning to the end of the production process. We are able to guarantee the quality of our product, thanks to our electronic yarn inspection process. There are 16 different stages which check the yarn every 5 mm for impurities and control for thickness. We also have corolab 7 which is attached to the bobbin machines. All this enhances our product for use in the dyeing and knitting of fabric. In addition, we are able to offer our customers yarn that is free of contamination by using the jossi vision shield to detect impurities. The cotton that we use is derived from the world wide famous American extra cotton with lower neps and has dye guarantee.
