BK (Berk Kampen) took its first steps in the world of kitchenware in Kampen, Overijssel. The founder of BK, Hendrik Berk, set up his tinsmiths business at the Boven Nieuwstraat in Kampen in 1851, and it has been a household name on the Dutch cooking, baking and frying market for almost 160 years.
