Blokbims is one of the main companies and manufacturing Pumice bricks, Natural Pumice Stones and insulated lightweight building components in Turkey. We have exclusive agent in Norway,France,South Korea and Saudi Arabia . Our manufacturing lines and machinery system are very well designed. It is our quality policy that manufacturing is done with its high quality standarts certificate, CE (Certificated of European Standarts) , TSE (Turkish Standarts Institutes) and ISO-9001-2000Our institutions were established in 1997 in order to manufacture heat and sound insulated wall blocks and asmolen from Bims product and started to manufacture since 1998. In our available institutions, all units of manufacturing are full automatic. Cement and water are used as the fixing raw material, and manufacturing is also realized untouched. Soil mixture for manufacturing has been done appropriate to T. S. 3234 and wall blocks and asmolens have been manufactured with BLOKBIMS label and with block types whose appropriateness of T. S. 2823 has been certificated by T. S. I. Manufacturing capacity of wall block and asmolen is 150. 000 number of items per diem and 50. 000. 000 number of items per annum. In our factory, investment contract for the rise of new capacity has been signed together with German Allminerals and Masa Companies on 15th, December, 2007 and these will be started to manufacture on 15th, December, 2007. Increasing our current capacity four-fold, the new capacity of manufacturing will be 600. 000 number of items per diem and 200. 000. 000 number of items per annum. In building sector, energy loss is a vital problem and so along with the all other sectors in this sector qualified, and economic building components should be used. CHARACTERISTICS OF BLOKBIMS1.
