Company Introduction
In 1990, BOSKAY Metal started operation with four-stand hot rolling mill in a closed area of 2.400 m2 and was producing 25.000 tons per year of reinforcing bars and flat bar products. This date is a milestone for a new era of development. The company has developed its space requirement to 31.000 m2 of which 18.000 m2 is covered space for the last 10 years. Production has reached to 25.000 t/hr by installing a new re-heating furnace, has fifteen-stand semi-continuous rolling mills and double cooling bed of 36 m. Now, BOSKAY Metal has become a mini-rolling mills producing various rolled products to home market as well as foreign in the qualities of world standards.The company, with its existing plant, has flexible solutions to serve to low tonnage as well as high tonnage consumers; so there is no problem of product mix and tonnage limitation high tonnage users.New investments on the plant capacity as well as product mix are continuing depending on the demands of both home and foreign users. With this regard an additional closed area of 12.000 m2 has been added to the existing and also our management and personnel presently to complete the investments in the planed time of one year speed up installation of machinery and equipment.
