We have 12 senior technicians in the brake pad R & D. - Certificate: TS16949, ISO9001/2000, obeying QS9000/VDA6.1 during production strictly - Quality standard: ECE R90 / North American FMVSS /German TL110 - Annual capacity: 2, 000, 000 sets - Formula: Non-Asbestos, Semi-Metallic, Low-metallic, NAO(ceramic, carbon, kevlar, etc.) - Production Facilities: In our plant production line, there are facilities such as: Liquid Press Machine & Multi-layer Liquid Press Machine Dull and Stereotyped Grinding Machine Line Cutting Machine Beating-Paint Room And in our R & D Center, we have various advanced equipments such as: Chase Friction Material Test Machine High Temp Testing Machine Tensile Machine D-MS Tester Shear intensity Tester LINK Noise/Compressibility Tester We also have strong R&D capability to develop new products according to client's specifications(samples & drawings).
