We are unique artisan-industrial manufacturer of high qualityfrozen sourdough and mother dough based breads, ciabattas andminibreads for hotels, restaurants and supermarkets and we wouldlike to offer your our products for further distribution in yourmarkets. In our new bakery we use custom made automatized stone baking linecombined with the best german flour and traditional method of longslow fermentation.We bake from the best german flours which thanks to high proteinlevel and slow fermentation method can absorb much more water andthat results in very smooth structure and much longer shelf life.Than we achive by two key effects. One is unique crust done bystone baking which is combined with very high water content of 80%so our products litterally dry slower and fight better withtime.Our products are also very popular for its very unique taste,beautiful open structure and crispy crust. Also thanks totraditional slow method where sourdough works as natural conservantwe dont need to use any bakery improvers and everything we do isexceptionaly made from natural ingredients.Â
