The well-respected product line includes the innovative SEAL-TIGHT cast and bandage moisture protectors; the historically strong-selling Plastalume finger, hand, arm and leg splints; the comfortable WrisTimer carpal tunnel supports; and the practical Soft Stride shoe inserts. Exciting new items include the incredible line of products to treat heel pain: night splints like Nice Stretch Original, Nice Stretch X, Nice Stretch X Lite and Nice Stretch Dorsal, offering varying degrees of relief. Other Steady Step products offer a variety of solutions to foot and ankle problems, including ankle braces, stirrups, toe splints, heel pain relief and shin splint compression supports. The Steady Strider for foot drop is a unique and comfortable solution for those with this debilitating condition. Products in the SoftStride line include the very rare, ultimate quality 100% visco elastic polymer shoe inserts that can effectively and affordably bridge the gap between foot, leg and back pain and fabricated orthotics. The Steady Grip line includes WrisTimer, a unique daytime support for carpal tunnel syndrome which leave the fingers free. Its complementary night time product, WrisTimer PM, features an embedded splint on the dorsal side of the hand, leaving the palmer side of the hand free. Other products in this line include Flex 8, an elbow support that wraps in a figure 8, and the Tennis Elbow Strap, which helps relieve painful lateral epicondylitis. Dr. Ivan Brown invented the Plastalume Digital splint in 1965, and it remains a stable, quality finger splint made of foam, vinyl and aluminum. Other finger splints available include Frogs, Protectors, Cots, Baseballs, Spoons, Stax Mallets and Strip Splints. Arm and leg splints fill out the Plastalume line, with Cockups, Colles, Mason Allen, Metacarpal, Elbow, Tibia, Fubula and Femur Splints.
