The second Company formed in 2016being CHAINEE PROJECTS AND CONSULTING (PTY) Ltd REGISTRATION NO.:2016/013875/07The first company developed four main stream /facets that contributed to its income.Namely: TCL Computers Turnkey Import & Export Medical Distribution Turnkey Import & Export 4.   Mining and IndustrialSupplies ABRIEF OUTLINE OF THE ENTITIES TCL COMPUTERSWehave evaluated the need of the South African & African marketand found that it lacks a Computer company that can offer the smallto medium size business affordable and realistic solutions toenhance their businesses. One of our primary objectives is toprovide our clients an honest service / orientatedcompany. Asit is a known fact that hundreds of small to medium businesses areregistered on a weekly basis and only about 50% to 60% of themsurvive. Many reasons can be attributed to this high failure rateand some of them could even be attributed to inefficient systems,which are manually implemented. This is where TCL Computers cansupply suitable hardware together with a software solution, whichwill assist management to have better control over their business.We have over the years acquired authorized dealerships with Acer,Hewlett Packard Compaq, IBM, Intel, Epson, Microsoft and many morebranded products that we supply and maintain. TCL computers staff consisted of six personnel,each with their own expertise. With our dedicated team we provideour customer base with accurate evaluations and solutions to suittheir needs. Wemaintained a few corporate and many smaller to medium sizedcompanies. As we are in a constant growing industry of Technologyand migration of systems we hope to recruit more staff in the nearfuture. We were a registered BEE Company and also registered on theGauteng Shared Services Board as a reputed vendor. CHAINEE  Imatriculated in 1985.In 1986 I took up part time studying in theEngineering field. A few months later I was employed in a computercompany in the technical field. I then started my technicaltraining in the computer field. A few years later I was employed inthe position of Workshop Manager. After the company was liquidated,I then, relocated to Johannesburg to take up employment. Thecompany I joined was a fast growing company and was spreading itswings around Southern Africa and had procured a project in Lesotho.I was sent there on contract to train the Technicians and also tobuild the existing company. Within the first six months Isuccessfully brought the company back on its feet and had theTechnicians adequately trained to perform their duties. I was anintegral part of the companys growth and that, resulted in me beingthere for eight years. After Managing the Technical Department forfour years, there was a position for a Technical Sales Consultant,that became vacant and was offered to me. This was a goodopportunity for me, to develop my marketing skills. By this time Ibelieve that I have gained a global knowledge in the electronic/computer industry from Technical to Management and includingMarketing.
