Chengdu Huaming cellophane Co., Ltd., a state-owned holding enterprise, was established in 1993, taking the overall implementation of Chengdu Fiber Factory in 1998. Chengdu Huaming is the only one enterprise in west China producing cellophane, viscose staple fiber and carbon disulfide. The Annual production capability : Viscose staple fiber 50,000 tons, Cellophane 7,000 tons, Carbon disulfide 15,000 tons. The sales volume is RMB 1 billion per year.
