    Established in the year 1980 under the dynamic leadership of Mr. PrakashS Choksi who, after completing his Matriculation at the St. Xavier&＃39;s Academy, Bombay in 1963, proceeded to West Germany for higher education in Mechanical Engineering and accomplished the course by being the first among the best by securing 97% marks and winning two gold medals to his credit. He completed the course designed for three and a half years in a mere 14 months and was lauded for his tremendous efforts by his peers and contemporaries. He had achieved a tremendous feat in West Germany by completing the course in 14 months which was in Fact, designed for 3.5 years. By hard work, determination and an earnest will to succeed; he has scaled each stair in the corporate hierarchy with vigor and become Chairman & Managing Director of the company. Throughout his entire career spanning more than four decades, he has served Indian Electrical industries tirelessly and fruitfully.
