Dear Sir,One of the reputed company is sale of its power project permission.Already they sold 51% of shares to KSK POWER .Remaining 49 % of shares they are going to sell.The projects details are given below.The company was incorporated in 2006 and is based in TamilNadu.The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Orissa government for setting up a 1980 Mw Independent Power Producer (IPP) at Kishorenagar near Angul District with an estimated investment of about Rs.7988.90 crores.the company has already signed a coal supply agreement with the Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation (PIPDIC).
