Our product range includes hydro testing systems, sewer cleaning systems, boiler & heat exchanger tube cleaning systems,wet sand blasting systems,Pumps for reverse osmosis and de-salination, boiler feeding, spray drying, fogging, atomization, transfer, etc. We supply these high pressure pump right from 0.5 LPM to 500 LPM, 10 bar to 1500 bar and 2 H.P to 200 H.P.1) MOTORISED HYDRO TEST PUMP: We offer high pressure systems for hydro static testing of pipes, tubes, pressure vessels, boiler tubes, cross country pipelines, valves, castings,etc.This high pressure hydro test system can be supplied with automation, which shut off the pump immediately once pressure is being achieved.2)HEAT EXCHANGER & BOILER TUBE CLEANING:Concept can supply very efficient high pressure water jet tube cleaning pumps along with various accessories like forward and backward firing nozzles, rigid and flexibe lances, foot operated valves, trigger operated guns,unloader valve,etc.3) DE-SCALING SYSTEMS: Complete removal of the loose brittle layer and sticky layer is required to produce the steel surface quality required by customers. If left intact, the sticky layer may allow the once-removed brittle scale to rebound and adhere to the surface, producing unacceptable surface quality.To fight scale effectively, high pressure water jet pumps are required to remove impurities (oxide scales) from steel plate and billet in order to produce high quality steel. Specially designed nozzles, which focuses water to a razor sharp, extremely high jet impact stream which guarantees optimal de-scaling.
