    We are a Taiwan based designer and manufacturer of plastic compound extrusion machinery lines for producing pipes, tubes, conduits and profiles and of replacements like screws and barrel. ConsultationBy paying attention to their individual extrusion equipment and die needs, we gain a thorough understanding of application, desired profile, and operating conditions to develop a custom efficient and productive extrusion process. The cooperation and coordination begin from design to manufacturing and installation through the after-sale service. Long lastingWhen it comes to building equipment for any type of extrusion, selecting materials by consulting with our customers that will stand up to the intense abrasion, caustic wear environments and excessive temperatures is critical. To increase accuracy and strength our screws, barrels and dies are made from top-grade stainless steels in conformity with international standards, like JIS or DIN. They are shipped with material certificate. We also design and manufacture segmented screws to provide our customers with the capability to replace high wear areas without having to disassemble the entire extruder.Economic and energy saving designBy changing the geometry of our screws, barrel liners, and feeders we reduce unwanted friction, eliminate dead spaces and resulting stagnation. The result: maximum performance with improved energy efficiencies.Our pre-design research considers following factors: End Product (pellet, profile, sheet, etc.) Target Production Rate (lbs./hr.)
