Company Introduction
The Company was incorporated in the year 1976,since then it has been engaged in the export of Ready-madeGarments, Home Furnishings and Textile Bags. In the year 2006,there was a major restructuring of the business, as a result ofdivision amongst the family members, the business of HomeFurnishing and Textile Bags had gone to the other part of thefamily, while Export of Ready Made Garments was retained by boththe parts. From 2006 till 2012 the company has been engaged in theManufacture and Export of Ready-made Garments & Import ofPetrochemicals, having added the import business during 2007-8. Inthe year 2012, the activity of manufacture of Ready Made Garmentshas been stopped. Instead a new venture in the area of Hospitalityhas been added, which is being headed by Mr. Vishesh Manaktala.  Presently the company is exclusively engaged inthe business import and export with Iran. The present Board consists of 3 members, Mr.Ajay Suri being a non working director alongwith Mr. PrithviManaktala and Mr. Vishesh Manaktala.Â
