Cshine24 RestauB-B is a hospitality establishment begun operation on Jan 4, 2010. Cshine24 Menus provides high quality African food with natures Home-made beverages ever found in Basotho culture in Bloemfontein. In expansion it will also provide high quality accommodation and full breakfast for both tourist and business customers alike in Lesotho. African menus at Cshine24 RestauB-B consists of pap with mala-mohodu, motoho (Sour soft sorghum porridge), bohobe (Sour wheat bread), and gemere (Home-made fresh ginger). Accommodation at Cshine24 RestauB-B will consist of 8 comfortably furnished rooms, each with queen-sized beds. Full breakfast will be served according to menu selection from the night before. Cshine24 RestauB-B is a partnership, owned and operated by Jeremiah Mokoena and his wife, Ellen Mokoena. Mr Mokoena spent 7 years of his early career working as Engineering Surveyor for Lesotho Highlands Water Project before establishing himself in the Photography & tour guide industry in which he has worked for 14 years. Mrs Ellen was a teacher for 5 years before moving to join her spouse in photography. From there she established a student guest house at Wepener in the Naledi Local Municipality for 3 years where she planned gradual transfer towards running the hospitality industry as a full-time occupation. They have informally offered rooms to let in their home during the busy summer seasons for the last three years and have enjoyed this lifestyle.
