Located in the center of the national textile market, Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, Our Company, CTA High-tech Fiber Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company wholly owned by China Textile Academy (CTA) which is the largest research and development institution of textile industry in China. Our main business includes various functional, differential composite fiber products and high-tech services in chemical fibers. Based on technical innovation, we have been one of the first-class high-tech chemical fiber enterprises and one of the Top Ten domestic invested enterprises identified by Shaoxing municipal Party committee and government in 2009. We also was identified as High-tech enterprise research and development center by Zhejiang province in 2013.We have made many breakthroughs in frontier tech, welfare tech and strategic tech depending on strong R&D strength of CTA and successively developed polyester-nylon superfine fibers, sea-island composite fibers, nylon-polyester skin-core fibers, shading composite fibers, antifungal composite fibers, low melting point fiber etc. Now, our company is already designated as the fiber raw material supply enterprise for military and special industries. Meanwhile, we also devoted ourselves to the promotion of advanced technologies in fiber spinning, and had built composite spinning production lines with annual capacity of 200 thousand tons in Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu and other provinces and cities, practically applied advanced technologies in chemical fiber of CTA to enterprises, which greatly promoted adjustment in product structure and changes of development ways, therefore made outstanding contribution in industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. On the basis of carbon-based composite conductive fibers successfully developed by CTA, we have realized the conductive fiber's transition to industrialization from quantity to quality and set up four production lines with annual capacity of 300 tons in conductive fibers including filaments and staples, which made us the biggest conductive fibers production base in China. So far, about 20 textile enterprises and electronic components processing ones in a dozen of provinces and cities have replaced imported products using all year round with our products. Coming into the 21st century, we will adhere to the philosophy of "science and technology innovation as the guide" continuously, aim for the building of world-class and domestic leading development base of industry technology, devote ourselves to the construction of value-oriented high technology enterprise with high value-added, high-tech products as the core, and make outstanding contribution in promotion of technology and industrial upgrading of chemical fiber industry.
