It was in 1947 that Marisa Foods first opened its doors as a neighborhood Italian delicatessen called Santa Fe Importers. We began producing authentic Italiansausage, and in time, began supplyinglocal restaurants and caterers withquality Italian meat products and grated cheeses. Our goal has always been to produce premium qualityproducts with a high value for the consumer. Since 1947 we have increased our product lines, yet we have always striven to attain high standards ofquality and service.
