Our factory has the most excellent folk craftsmen and continuously develops and provides novel and exquisite handicrafts. For internal management, we adopt a three-tier management model of factory + farmer cooperatives + farmers . The workers in our factory are all local folk craftsmen who also work in agriculture when free.
