D'QISRA INTERNATIONAL SDN.BHD established in 2009 as a small medium enterprise business with the view to support the global halal food innovation. We are dedicated to provide quality and innovative halal and reduced fat cheese.       We play an important role in supplying retail stores, food service industry, small manufacturers and home based baking enterpreneurs with a variety of cow and goat milk cheese and goats milk yogurts.       Our specialty is reduced pasata filata mozzarella, cheddar, low fat cream cheese, Edam, nachos cheese dip and Parmeson, in both retail and foodservice-sized packages. We also offer a variety of block & grated.       We view ourselves as a specialized cheese house, quoting on the hard-to-do and awkward projects.       Our cheeses are made with halal consumers and manufacturers in mind. The range includes hard and soft ingredient cheeses along with individual snacking portions, all produced to the same exacting standards.       Packed in ISO 2009 and GMP formats, Tja Cheese © and Marsche Fromage © - both takes pride of place on the cheeseboard or feature as ingredients in recipe dishes. Our cheeses are high quality, nutritious, and extremely versatile.
