Near Hangzhou-Bay bridge (East China), 28Km away from Ningbo city, with an area of 3,000 square meters, equipped with tooling workshop, CNC machining workshop and assembly workshop, ISO9001-2000 was certified, with 100 employees, now we serve customers from USA, Australia, Sweden, Belgium, France and Holland and reached 5 million US dollars sales amount in 2013. CNC machining service per customer's drawing 2. CNC machining and final assembly per customer's request 3. Design products per customer's request and offer manufacturing service from prototype to production 4. International logistic service per customer's request, make sure you receive the product on time The main industries we serve include electronic, medical, laboratory industry and our part can achieve H7 and some up to H6 precision. Below are the raw materials involved: Metal materials including stainless steel (304, 303, 316L), non- ferrous metals like aluminum (A356-T6, A380, AL6061-T6 and AL6063-T5), brass (CuZn39Pb3, CuZn40Pb2), zinc alloy (Zamak 3, Zamak 5), etc. The surface treatments include polishing, shot blast, passivation, chromate, sand blaster, chrome plating, painting, zinc plating, nickel plating, tin plating, anodizing and silk screen. We are able to provide both semi-finished and finished products. Please send us drawings and samples, we will respond within 24 hours. CNC equipments (3-axis and 4-axis) and QC equipment (CMM accuracy is +/-0.003mm) as below
