    We like to introduce ourselves as manufacturers of forged components since 1992 with an installed capacity of 2 nos hammers. We are vendors to ancillaries of OEM’s like Tata Motors, International Tractors Ltd, Hero Cycles Ltd, Ministry of coals & mines and few exporters based at Ludhiana.We like to have association with your esteemed company and we have the capacity to supply you forgings in different sizes and weight as per your requirement.Raw Material & raw material Testing: We procure raw material directly from the steel manufacturers along with the test certificate & get the material further tested at M/s Hero Cycle Ltd or Munjal Castings Ltd at their spectrometer.Tool Room: Our tool room is equipped with all necessary machinery for making of dies like milling machine, lathes, shapers, hand grinders etc and we outsource the dies, we those are to made on VMC or EDM.Presses/Hammers: We have 2 hammers installed of capacity 1.0T & 1.25T of NKH Make and can forge components with continuous process. We have 4 nos 100T power presses as allied machinery to hammers.Coining & Piercing: We have this facility in house.Shot Blasting: We have this facility in house.Normalizing & Annealing: We outsource this process to our reliable vendors and are shortly installing the equipment in-house.Barreling: We have in-house facility for barreling of material.Our office is equipped with all latest communication devices with connectivity to Internet as and when required.We hope that above in order enabling you to short-list us for your future requirements.
