    Dear Sirs:Our company ,Ecologia Sierra de Lijar S.Coop.And. is located in Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz, Spain, in Andalusia� most advanced Agroindustrial Technological park. Our company produces and exports organic wine and organic extra virgin olive oil. Our organic wineyard Vi� Greduela, on the bank of the river Guadalete, has the following varieties: Merlot, Syrac, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo, from which 2 excellent organic red wines are made: Coupage crianza and Artesanal crianza. Our Organic Extra virgin olive oil, under our own brand Sierra de Lijar, is extracted by cold pressing olives cultivated organically, mainly Lech� and Manzanilla varieties. The fruit flavour is strong with well balanced tones of herbs and apple, a little peppery or bitter.
