El-Gibbor Leather Manufacturers was established in January 2009 in answer to dire need of jobs and good quality leather products produced in South Africa. Products have been distributed in South Africa, Namibia, some parts of Europe and America.El-Gibbor forms part of an organisation called Hope Village Developments. This non-profit organisation focuses on the development of previously disadvantaged communities with a specific focus on AIDS orphans. El-Gibbor's mandate is to create job opportunities for women who has AIDS orphans in foster care and to deliver a quality product to clients globally.
