EMAS Basincli Kaplar Isi Agir Makina San.Tic.Ltd.Sti. has been producing Cryogenic Tanks, Pressured Tanks, Heating Systems and seeking for new customers and markets in related areas settled at Marmara Geri Donusumculer Sanayi Sitesi, Aycicek Sok. No:15 Sekerpinar -KOCAELI TURKEY. The design standards are according to AD Merkblatt Code 2000, EN 13458, EN 13530, ADR 2009 and ASME where the production process is controlled by the audit of the third part inspection companies such as Turk Loydu, Germanischer Lloyd, Dekra, Bureau Veritas and RINA.Our mainly production areas are as follows:-Cryogenic Storage and Transportation Tanks (LNG, LIN, LOX, LAR)-LPG Storage and Transportation Tanks-Pressure Vessels (LNH3 , LCO2 )-Small size of Pressurized or Cryogenic Storage and Transportation Tanks-Fuel Storage and Transportation Tanks-Steam Boilers and Oil Boilers-Heat Exchangers-Automation Systems-Pipe and steel construction, repair and maintenance worksProviding the service, all of our production quality certifications have been completed. Since October 2006, EMAS has the quality system certification ISO 9001:2000 and by 2010 have the ISO 9001:2008; as well as the CE and Pi marking since January 2007.
