Company Introduction
We at Enginemates Heat Transfer have been providing comprehensive and customized heat transfer solution for design and manufacture of Air Cooled Coolers specific to customer requirements and satisfaction for over 3 decades. We manufacture a large variety of air cooled coolers to cool different mediums like Oil, Water, Air, Gas and Hydrocarbons. The heat exchanger manufactured by us are of different sizes and using variety of materials like copper, steel, brass and aluminum. All these air cooled coolers are custom designed as per customer specification for heat transfer and size. We manufacture air fin coolers for many applications mainly gas compressors, air compressors, coal bed methare, refinery and petrochemical plants. Our product range includes air coolers, air cooled heat exchangers, gas coolers, high pressure air coolers, air coolers, forced draft coolers, coal bed methare compressor coolers and radiators. Our plant is certified for U and R stamp. We are an active member of HTRI (Heat Transfer Research Inc) and use it for all our design. Good quality water is a fast depleting source from the face of the earth. As good quality water gets scarce, running and maintenance of conventional shell and tube exchangers gets more expensive and difficult. The other option is to supplement or replace them with air fin coolers. We would like to offer our services for the design and manufacture of above coolers. In this age of globalised market, one has to look for synergies and innovative working mechanisms. We are open to work with other air fin cooler manufacturers around the world and offer our low cost modern manufacturing capability in order to jointly tap new markets.Certifications:- Our Company has certified forU and R stamp during the year 2009.Our company has certified for ISO/ TS 16949:2002 by TUV Nord Cert GMBH.We are an active member of HTRI and we use HTRI XACE for design calculations.
