EURO INDIA CYLINDERS LIMITED (EICL) is a EURO Group venture promoted to manufacture High Pressure Cylinders for CNG on Board Application for Automobiles, cascades and Cylinders for Industrial uses at its plant at Kandla Special Economic Zone, (KASEZ) Gandhidham, Kutch 370 230 Gujarat, India. EICL is ISO 9001, ISO 14000 & ISO 18000 Certified Company has an installed capacity to manufacture 500,000 Cylinders annually, employing ��tate of Art��Leifeld German technology from Seamless Steel Tubes procured from best rated Steel Mills producing Seamless Steel Tubes meeting JIS G 3429 Standard and Raw Material with 34Cr Mo4 properties. Cylinders are in the range Outer Diameters of 232 mm to 356 mm and 406 mm with length varying from 600 mm to 2500 mm and having Water equivalent capacity of 22 liters to 100 liters. EICL also manufacture Cascades and Industrial Cylinders of varied dimensions and specifications. EICL Cylinders are subjected to Stringent Quality Control Inspections to ensure 100% Fusion, Ultra Sonic detection of invisible defects, Hardness, Hydro Stretch and Pressure Cyclic Testing and the final product tested at appropriate pressure ranging from 150 bar to 400 bar. Random Bust, Bonfire Test and Bullet penetration Test are conducted to ensure Statutory safety standards. (CNG Working Pressure 204/kgf/cm2 and Test Pressure 340/kgf/cm2) & (Industrial Cylinders Working Pressure 150/kgf/cm2 and Test Pressure 250/kgf/cm2 ) EICL Cylinders adhere to the highest International Certification from SGS under ISO 11439:2000, IS: 7285 (Part I), IS: 7285 (Part2) IS 15490:2004 and NZS 5484 Standards and UN ECE R110 and R115 Regulations and also under BIS for Domestic market.
