Please find our product details below:Cotton Raw Uzbekistan OriginDear Sir /Madam, West Future GmbH is authorized in Europe company that represents Uzbekistan cotton on international markets. We have direct relations with the government of Uzbekistan. We are looking for buyers of Uzbek cotton on regular basis, minimum of 1000 metric tons. Please be informed that we offer cotton fiber crop 2008/09 based on the following term:Quality and Terms of delivery: 1-3 grades(Birinchi, Ikkinchi, Uchinchi), all classes (Oliy, Jakshi, Urta, Oddiy, Iflos), 4th type (1, 1/8 - 1, 5/32) and 5th type (1, 1/16 - 1, 3/32) according to Uzbekistan state standard OZDST Payment: US dollars, an advance payment not less than 30% of total value of the contract, for remaining 70% an irrevocable letter of credit, valid for 90 days, to be opened by the Buyer before shipment, in the first class European bank correspondent of bank of the Seller. Uzbekistan side pays for the delivery, as per Incoterms-2000, upon additional agreement.The price of grade Birinchi, Class Urta, 5th type:Average quotations are calculated based on Cotton Outlook Index A, minus discount*. As of today, the base price to be calculated with regard to coefficient 0.945.Acceptance/Inspection of the goods: In the cotton terminal of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Acceptance to be performed by representative of the Buyer or his nominated representative of WIS or SGS (there are representation offices of WIS and SGS in Uzbekistan) Furthermore, it is possible to deliver cotton fiber on terms FCA cotton terminals of Uzbekistan and EXW Bukhara terminal / Nishan / Inter-Tola warehouses terms with transportation discount of $85/MT. The price for other cotton grades and classes are subject to further discounts.
