Hi, my name is Fabrizio Medulla, i'm a Pharmacist from Italy.In the last three years i worked with a group of agronomists andpharmacist to study some medicinal plants of our Region (Sicily,the southern part of Italy) and the therapeutic effects of theirrelative essential oils.After the preliminary work, that helped us to select and farmspecific medicinal plants, 1 years ago we founded a company called"Exentiae" (www.exentiae.it) that provides to organic plantationand distillation of some type of herbs tipical of our territory, toobtain 100% pure essential oils.Actually we are producing: "Coridothymus Capitatus" (chemiotypeCarvacrolo 70%), "Mentha Suaveolens" (chemiotype Piperitenone oxyde80%), "Origanum Hirtum spp. Heracleoticum" (chemiotype Timolo 40%),"Rosmarinus Officinalis" (chemiotype 1,8cineolo 44%, "SageOfficinalis" (chemiotype 1,8cineolo 38%) "Lavanda Andustifolia spp.Sumian" (chemiotype Linalool 45% Camphor 9%)Our mission is to produce pure essential oils with charatheristicschemiotypes and cooperating with University and private researchcentre and Companies to study the farmacological effects of ouressential oils.Actually we are working with the Department of microbiology of theUniversity of Catania, and with the Department of Public Health ofthe University "Sapienza" in Rome.
