The company covers an area of 20, 000 square meters, with 15, 000 square£ metersconstruction£ area; including 13, 500 square meters of Xinke area, and 9, 500 square meters of Xinke construction area, the company has more than 500 employees, including five engineers, 30 professional technicians; and 4 frequency furnace contained in 250 kilograms, and 4 in 150 kilograms, and its annul production of refined castings is over 1.3 million tons.£ £ The company mainly produces carbon steels, alloy steels, and stainless steel castings; the leading products are: automobile parts, automobile generator, agricultural machinery fittings, engineering machinery fittings, and ship accessories and other four series. They are widely used in mining machinery, automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding manufacturing, rail, valve manufacturing and so on. The factory has always paid great attention to product quality, especially the product quality of produced generator claw has reached world first-class level and been accepted by customers at home and abroad deeply, at present, it has passed ISO9000-2000 quality certification, and it has very complete and advanced quality testing equipments, such as: world top level Japanese Shimadzu PA-5500V spectrometer, 60T screen microscopic & universal machine, 150/300J impact test machine, HB-300 Brinell hardness machine, PFUT-260 all-digital ultrasonic detecting machine, fluorescent magnetic particle detecting machine, metallographic analysis system, Rockwell hardness meter and chemical titration analyzer, and so on.
