Through a continuous system of calibration, the Company has upgraded the testing equipment and instruments. Fiji is registered as a SSI unit under the Department of Cottage & Small Scale Industries, Govt. of West Bengal. Through continuous process of R&D, the designs are upgraded and regular improvisation being made in manufacture of better quality of products and to economize cost. The production team is further supplemented by a strong service team to cater to the after sales services of the customers.Presently retail selling of the products are made through dealers network spread in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa & Assam. However, the Company also make bulk direct selling to government departments, public sectors and private corporate houses. The sales are made by an effective team of sales personnel headed by a Sales Manager. To cater to after sales services promptly, the Company have posted technicians at major marketing outlets in Eastern India.
