The First CoconutManufacturing Inc. (FCMI) was incorporated in November 26,2014 and is majority-owned by the First Agri HoldingsCorporation (FAHC). The current principal businessinterests of FAHC relate to the coconut industry with FCMI and inthe sugar industry through Roxas Holdings, Inc.("RHI"), the largest integrated sugar business in the country.
