We are a specialized edge banding manufacturer in China, located in Foshan, Guangdong.We produce PVC Edge Banding, ABS Edge Banding, Melamine Edge Banding and PVC profiles.PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride Plastic) Edgebanding is manufactured through an extrusion process into many different thicknesses and widths to match virtually any solid color, woodgrain or pattern.The back side of the PVC edgebanding is treated with a primer which is an integral part of establishing a successful bond with the adhesive.Our PVC edge banding is made of high quality PVC powder and additives. The formula and moulding for the edging is finely tuned. PVC edge banding presents outstanding characteristics such as non-colour variation after trimming and polishing, strong bonding strength, excellent light stability, superior durability and wearability, stain and chemical resistance, etc. Thickness ranges from0.3mm to 3.0mm. Width ranges from 15mm to 650mm. Packed in 100 meter rolls or 200 meter rolls. Each roll has a 155mm inner paper core and strapped with plastic band. 5 rolls per carton on pallets.
